Caroline graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Music Industry and Business German from James Madison University where she studied under Dr. Beth Chandler, the former National Flute Association President. During her time at JMU, Caroline received extensive group and solo performance experience; performing in the nationally distinguished JMU Wind Symphony as well as the JMU Marching Royal Dukes. Caroline has performed in numerous operas including "The Barber of Seville" and "La Boheme,"performed in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and has performed in master classes with Dietlinde Maazel, Jennifer Parker-Harley, Jennifer Kuk-Bonora, and Jill Felber.
In addition to teaching at The Catoctin School of Music, Caroline also works as a Supervisor at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. She currently resides in Ashburn, VA where she continues to perform and teach in the Washington, DC area.
